Getting involved with your local MBS Chapter is a great way to get involved and make a difference on a local level. Local
Chapters activities could include but not be limited to regular meetings, 3D shoots, group hunts, hosting youth archery events,
hosting MBS boots at various sportsmen shows, Adopt-a-Highway road pickups and a variety of other activities. All of these activities
revolve around the desire to promote bowhunting in a positive light to the general public.
There are no strict guidelines as to which Chapter you need to join. You may join any Chapter or participate in any
Chapter activity that is convenient to where you live, work or hunt. Many of our members are active is more than one
Chapter.
Capitol Area Chapter
Includes Anne Arundel and Prince Georges counties
Central Chapter
Includes Carroll, Howard, Frederick and Montgomery counties.
Eastern Shore Chapter
Includes Dorchester, Wicomico, Somerset and Worcester counties
Southern Maryland Chapter
Includes Charles, Calvert and St. Mary's counties
Upper Eastern Shore Chapter
Includes Cecil, Kent, Queen Annes, Talbot and Caroline counties
Upper Bay Chapter
Includes Baltimore and Harford counties
Western Maryland Chapter
Includes Garrett, Alleghany and Washington counties
